Company Introduction

Welcome to Tong Electrical Services / A V Network group of companies.

We are specialized in the field of Telephony since the 70s. Tong Electrical was officially registered as a Pte Ltd company in 1984 and A V Network was registered in 1988. All this while, Tong Electrical has been supplying the technical aspect of the trade with A V Network doing the marketing side.

Though there were strong competitions in this field, our companies are fortunate to be around today due to the strong support of our loyal customers. With a solid support from our supplier and their R & D teams, coupled with our dedicated teams of sales and support personnel, we are able to offer our partners a wide variety of products ranging from dummy telephone (Single Line Phone) to proprietary phones and eventually the high-end IP phones.

We also believe and practice in giving our utmost to support our clients. Apart from our Panasonic PBX systems, we also offer other product eg Power Backup system, Door Access System, Voicemail, Call Accounting Software, Call Centre Software, Voice monitoring systems, and various other phone services ie Singtel lines, Voicecom lines etc.

The company also provide maintenance contracts and adhoc fault repairing services. These contracts also cover free parts, labour, transport and services. As we are trained and authourised, we are able to install, terminate, program and commission the system ourselves based on customers requirement. The technical department also provide cabling works for phones and computer network besides the installation in the relocation of customers premises.

The smallest system boast of a capacity of 36 ports (trunk and extensions) and the biggest unit can support up to 160 trunk lines and 960 extensions. The features include the following: - Automatic ISDN setting, DID, doorphone/opener, Analog/Digital capabilities, built-in hotel feature, MOH, Manager function, SMDR and many others.

Voice Mail (PC-based or Stand-alone)

Voice Mail ends the frustration of phonetag missed calls and incomplete handwritten notes. It will help business to improve service to customers.

Automated Attendant is like a friendly and helpful receptionist. She can answer incoming calls professionally and courteously on the first ring, 24 hours a day. Customers need not have to be kept hanging on line. They can get through to the employees during off-hours when there is no receptionist on duty.

MailBoxes can increase the accuracy of messages by enabling callers to leave detailed private messages at any time. Owners of mailboxes could access into their mailboxes anytime and anywhere. Users could repeat, fast, forward, rewind, with unlimited times just by pressing a key.
